Right after I blogged about how much I love Digby and Iona's Hunter and Hunted line, I saw LAS Jewelry's collection, which I might love even more. It's similar in its unusual subject matter for a jewelry line, but LAS's pieces are more detailed yet more raw at the same time. You can see all the teeth and hair on the animal pieces, but you can also see fiercer expression. These are truly prey worthy of the hunt. The non-animal pieces don't have the aggression, but they are stunning in their intricacies - the layer upon layer of leather petals in perfect fall colors and the etched grooves of a coral reef. If I had an unlimited budget, everyone would be getting one of these for Christmas!
