July 4th Foods

It's kind of a bummer that July 4th falls in the middle of the week this year. So no 3 day weekend. But, on the positive side, no matter what day of the week July 4th falls, it still provides a fantastic chance to eat grilled meats, corn on the cob, and any kind of dessert that you can put some blue and red berries on. (Blue and red berries make everything festive!) What will you be making?

We'll be celebrating the day with Liz's, Elaine's, and Charlie's family in Bethany. We wont be able to stay for the fireworks since working the next day. We are looking forward to some lazy hours on the beach.
Love,
Mom

Inspired by your blueberry cheesecake post a few days ago I made a blueberry pie and an apple pie for our Baltimore festivities. Thought for sure I'd like the apple better since it's usually my fav, but GOSH those fresh blueberries were amazing, and so easy to make too!
