Bright Angel Trail was great because it takes you to Indian Garden. Not only is Indian Garden quite a sight to a person who's been staring at rocks for hours, its also equipped with much need shade, water, and hand sanitizer!
But (I think at least) South Kaibab Trail is definitely more beautiful overall. The views are far more expansive and the rock formations are just cooler. We only hiked about a mile down this trail to Oohs and Aahs point before we had to turn around and get ready to leave. I can only imagine what we would have seen if we had kept going.

This rock layer was actually pink! The layers look like a sunset.
