Grilled Cheese Invitational

Did you hear about the Grilled Cheese Invitational that is this Saturday? I did, but way too late to get a judging ticket :( How great does this event sound though? There are 4 categories:

• American Style -> white bread, butter, and orange cheese
• Mission Position -> any type of bread, butter, and cheese
• Kama Sutra -> any type of bread, butter, and cheese plus additional ingredients
• Honey Pot -> any type of bread, butter, and cheese plus additional ingredients with an overall sweet flavor

I will just have to make my own grilled cheese in honor of this event, but I will put it on my calendar for next year so I can definitely get a judging ticket!
PS: The grilled cheese above? Brie and apple in cinnamon raisin bread. So good!
